Headed by Director Gabe Mostafa who brings more than 30 years media sales and marketing experience, and more than 17 years dedicated specialist horticulture industry media and marketing experience to the publication. He has managed and worked on industry based publications, and demonstrated responsibility for annual revenues of around one million dollars.

Karen is an experienced horticulturist who has worked in the industry for over two decades. She is very well respected in horticultural circles, and has worked in many areas of the industry. Her career started in retail nursery before becoming a technical adviser for Yates Australia and technical support and trainer for Yates Garden Care Franchise. She has worked as a horticultural teacher, runs her own consulting business and business network group. Karen is currently a selector for Australian Open Gardens, is an author and columnist for community newspapers and has been a guest on Sydney talkback radio.
