Green Group acquires Oasis Horticulture

Oasis Horticulture has been acquired by The Green Group, which is a group of Wholesale Nursery businesses that have been operating for over 40 years supplying greenlife in our industry. The Green Group businesses are owned by the Green family and include Andreasens Green Wholesale Nurseries,

Alpine Wholesale Nurseries, Thrive Plant Wholesalers, and Ellison Horticulture. Tony Green, Chairman of the Green Group, said “The Green Family is delighted to become the owner of the Oasis Horticulture business.

The new company will be named ‘Oasis Horticulture 2.0’ to recognise the valuable legacy of the current business, and the intention of the new owners to build on that legacy moving forward. As Australia’s leading grower and distributor of bedding plants, Oasis significantly expands the range of greenlife that the Green Group can offer its current customers. This is a ‘win-win-win’ for customers, vendors, and staff of all the wholesale nursery businesses in the Green Group.”
